EurExcel will launch in April with a ˜Global Compensation Plan™ for all of its distributors. The purpose behind this is to create a seamless™ and equal opportunity for everyone.

Excel-Vartec merge completed - Defining Moments (webcast-recap)

The California Public Utility Commission HAS approved the VarTec purchase of Excel.
The approval is effective immediately and California was the last of the 50 states to give their approval.
